Whenever Jennifer Lopez hits the red carpet, she slays and Sunday night's 2018 Billboard Music Awards was no exception. The 48-year-old star, who we're convinced is aging backwards, arrived in a stunning oxblood Roberto Cavalli dress.
While the look was undoubtedly sexy and featured her go-to high-leg slit, it wasn't as risqué as some of her most iconic ensembles, especially due to the material. The top of the dress is made of patterned velvet and the skirt is leather. Thankfully for Lopez, she had some breathing room.
On top she opted for a matching bra, showing off her cleavage and her toned abs. The high-slit added helped as well, though she chose Casadei over-the-knee boots that covered most of her legs.
Her red carpet look was hardly the only must-see outfit she wore at the event. Lopez took the stage during the show to perform her new song "Dinero" with DJ Khaled, and she wore not one but two looks.
For the first part of the song, she wore a strapless bustier bedazzled with thousands of crystals and silver chains. She paired the statement top with long white wide-leg trousers, pulling her lob into a slicked-back low bun.
Later in the performance she topped off her look with a button-down shirt and a white blazer. Of course she had to have some awesome accessories, too. In addition to the embellished black gloves she wore throughout the perofrmance, she put on a fedora to dance with the '40s-era gangster backup dancers.
