Remember all those preposterous things Jason Statham’s character claimed to have done in the comedy Spy, from using defibrillators on himself, to reattaching his arm with his other arm, to taking up piano “at a late age.” Well, they may seem a little less preposterous after you’ve seen the over-the-over-the-top trailer for the Statham-starring action sequel Mechanic: Resurrection.

Directed by Dennis Gansel, the film finds Statham’s killer-for-hire Arthur Bishop traveling the globe to complete three assassinations after the love of his life is kidnapped. Mechanic: Resurrection costars Jessica Alba and Tommy Lee Jones.
