The hilarious and musically gifted Late Late Show host is known for regularly inviting celebrities onto his insanely popular Carpool Karaoke episodes to show off their singing chops while he drives around town. If you've already watched Michelle Obama's recent appearance on repeat and are in withdrawals until the next one comes out, we have some good news: Corden's "Drop the Mic" segment, which pits celebrities against each other in an epic rap battle, is coming to a screen near you! TBS announced Thursday that the segment—which has featured big voices like Anne Hathaway, Kevin Hart, David Schwimmer, and Rebel Wilson—will become a full TV series, very similar to Spike's Lip Sync Battle. There are a few changes to the TV version of "Drop The Mic": Instead of a celebrity battling the bars against the funnyman or another celebrity, four stars will face off against each other. Anne Hathaway Has a Rap Battle with James Corden Also, while the British comedian won't be the full-time host the new television series, he will be the executive producer behind each episode, so expect a lot of laughs and good vocals!
