Jaime King Does What We All Do: Research Outfits!

Jaime King loves to pick out clothes, which is why she creates every look herself, sans stylist. “I’m such a fashion person that I love to choose things myself,” the Hart of Dixie star told InStyle.com at our annual Summer Soiree in Beverly Hills this week. “I look at my favorite designers and I choose and I pick, and then I call the designers.” And that includes the one-shoulder ruffle Marchesa design she wore to the event, which she spotted after looking at the label's new resort collection. “For this one, I called Marchesa because I loved this dress,” she said. “I said I would really love to wear it.” She did the same with her Jimmy Choo heels. “I put it all together,” she said. “It is important to do the research yourself.
