Self-proclaimed "D-list" celeb Kathy Griffin is moving up in the ranks! The actress and comedienne is joining the cast of E!'s Fashion Police as host, replacing the late Joan Rivers who led the show until her death in September. And it looks as though Griffin, who's known for her no-nonsense wit, is prepared to take on the new role.

"I get it! These are some big shoes I'm going to fill. Joan was truly one of a kind," Griffin says in a statement on "Now I hope you will accept me for me. I'm just Kathy. Did I say I'm just Kathy? I meant I'm Kathy F—ing Griffin and you celebrities better strap yourself in, as I am taking no prisoners. I am not holding back so DAMMIT let's have some fun!"

Griffin isn't the only new face to be joining Giuliana Rancic and Kelly Osbourne on Fashion Police—celebrity stylist Brad Goreski will also enter the hilarious fashion critiquing ring in January. The new season premieres on Jan. 12, 2015, and we'll definitely be tuning in!
