Idol Stylists Dish On This Season's Makeovers
So far American Idol’s Top 10 have survived weekly eliminations by tackling challenging song themes and the judges' brutally honest critiques, but are they prepared to endure major personal style makeovers? We talked to the show’s wardrobe stylists, Soyon An and Miles Siggins, who dished about their plans for upcoming tweaks to the contestants’ distinctive styles. “We’ll hopefully be seeing some changes,” An told us. “I don’t want to overwhelm the contestants or America, but I hope you’ll be surprised.” While An looks to push the envelope a little further with the girls, Siggins relies on an organic approach for the guys. “It’s all about a natural progression,” he said. “I’d like it to look like they’ve created the look themselves.” Click on to our photo gallery to find out what style elements An and Siggins will change and what will stay the same.
