Hugh Jackman's Mother-in-Law Passes Away—Read His Touching Tribute
Hugh Jackman paid a loving tribute to his mother-in-law who recently passed away.
The late Fay Duncan was the mother of his wife, Deborra-Lee Furness, and grandmother to the couple's two children, Ava, 11, and Oscar, 16.
"I'm blessed to say Fay Duncan was my Mother in Law," he wrote in the caption of an Instagram photo of the two of them.
"She was one of the greatest women I've ever met. Wise, funny, loving, cheeky, generous, and a true leader. She had an incredible gift for always being right …. which must have been a true burden for her as she was also incredibly patient with us mere mortals," Jackman continued. "Fay, I love you more than words can express. HJ."
Jackman and Furness, who celebrated their 20th anniversary back in April of this year, attended memorial services for Duncan with friends and family members on Thursday in Melbourne, Australia.
Our thoughts and well-wishes go out to the Jackman, Furness, and their loved ones.
