Wearing white for evening can be painfully chic. The old rules about white after Labor Day are over and it's become one of the most prominent colors of the season. Emma Watson proves that by adding touches of black, you can create a look that has a polished and clean effect. The more minimal in shape the clothing is, the better. It's the fabric and cut that will ultimately make it stand out for evening. When selecting accessories keep jewelry edited to a few delicate metal pieces or modern pearls and pair with a structured mini bag or clutch. Don't skimp on a white evening shoe (it can be tricky to find one that looks good in a lower price point). If you are not going to make the investment pick one that is black or a black & white combo.
