Truth be told, we're often guilty of running the tap a little longer than we should, but Kristen Bell's latest venture with Neutrogena Naturals has us reconsidering our ways. For the month of October, the actress has partnered with the brand for its "Every Drop Counts" campaign, and is encouraging fans to take a pledge to help conserve 1 million gallons of water. "Every Drop Counts is really an awareness campaign where people can pledge to save water by doing simple, simple adjustments around the house," Bell told us. (Consider how if everyone in the U.S. shortened their shower by three minutes, it would save about 25 million gallons of water a week!) To participate, head over to Neutrogena's Facebook page and check off the activities where you plan to use less water. You'll then be eligible for weekly giveaways, including eco-friendly prizes, and even a luxe eco trip. Plus, the brand also will contribute 10 percent from purchases of its Naturals Purifying Cleanser ($8; neutrogena.com) to The Nature Conservancy, an organization devoted to protecting the planet's natural resources and leaving a sustainable environment for future generations. "I have always been an outdoorsy person, and I think exposing myself to all that from a young age made me conscious of preserving it," Bell added. "Now having a baby, I am also concerned with wanting those resources to be there for her." Well said! Head over to Neutrogena's Facebook page to learn more about the campaign, and to submit your pledge now.
