How the First Ladies Represent Their Countries With Their Clothes
British Prime Minister David Cameron and his wife, Samantha Cameron, visited the Obamas in Washington D.C. this week, where the First Ladies represented their countries in a colorful mix clothes by British and American designers. The most interesting fashion moment happened at last night’s White House State Dinner, the culmination of the visit, where Michelle Obama chose a teal, off-the-shoulder Marchesa gown. Marchesa designers Georgina Chapman and Keren Craig are both British, and the label is based out of New York. Talk about a diplomatic outfit choice!
