Hollywood's Best Dressed Turn Out To Honor The Stylists Behind Their Looks

What do Olivia Munn, Ashley Greene, Elle Fanning, and Evan Rachel Wood all have in common? They each work with some of the biggest stylists in town and yesterday's third annual 25 Most Powerful Stylists Luncheon co-hosted by The Hollywood Reporter and Jimmy Choo proved it!

During the event at Soho House's Grand Terrace in West Hollywood, stars—including Liberty Ross and Lizzy Caplan—wore their best luncheon frocks and spent the afternoon celebrating their stylists, some of whom have worked together for more than four years (like Greene with Cristina Ehrlich, and Wood with Samantha McMillen). "I am proud and I do know how hard she works, and how talented she is," says Wood exclusively to InStyle. "That's why I've been with her so long, and she's also an amazing person. So I'm beyond happy for her."

As for other actresses like Munn, her relationship with stylist Micaela Erlanger—who also works with Michelle Dockery and Lupita Nyong'o—only just began, but their collaboration seems to have spanned years. "We’re instant friends...and it’s been amazing," says Munn. "What’s so great about Micaela is that her agenda is just to make you feel and look your best, and get as many of the great dresses and outfits as you can find."

There's a lot to say about stylists who find the best gowns for their clients, but if you're anything like Fanning, picking up on their eclectic style is something the young star loves the most. "It's nice because [McMillen] definitely gets my crazy kind of style. She knows I'm very particular, very specific about certain things, and she always makes sure to bring the little details like the socks and the head pieces," Fanning explains to InStyle. "I love the specifics of fashion, and we always talk about hair and makeup, and the style of it. She totally gets it."
