Philip Seymour Hoffman, you will be missed. The legendary actor has died today in New York City at the age of 46. "We are devastated by the loss of our beloved Phil and appreciate the outpouring of love and support we have received from everyone. This is a tragic and sudden loss and we ask that you respect our privacy during this time of grieving," his family said in a statement, according to people.com. "Please keep Phil in your thoughts and prayers.” Famous for his incredible range, Hoffman was known for his standout roles in The Big Lebowski, Charlie Wilson's War, Almost Famous, and The Hunger Games to name a few. The news of his passing was felt among his colleagues, co-stars, friends, and fans in Hollywood, with many of them taking to Twitter to express their condolences.
