When Hillary Clinton spoke at Day 4 of the Democratic National Convention, she wasn't just accepting her party's nomination for president of the United States of America, she was making history. On Thursday night Clinton officially became the first woman to be nominated by a major party for the role—no small feat. And when the former First Lady took the stage in a brilliant white pantsuit, the magnitude of the moment was felt from sea to shining sea.
