How many of us follow the sunscreen rules: reapplying every 80 minutes and more if you're taking a dip in the ocean or pool. Probably we've all cut a corner or two in that department. Instead, consider another option. Rash guards offer a quick fix that ensures you stay protected against harsh rays. Although the apparel, which typically offers between 15 and 50 SPF, is most frequently spotted along the equator where UV rays are particularly concentrated, UV-protecting fashions have come to the forefront domestically these last few years with brands such as J.Crew offering fashionable selections. (Also doesn't hurt that the surfer girl look is still in full swing!)
