Like the entire world, Harrison Ford is mourning the loss of Carrie Fisher, his Star Wars co-star. "Carrie was one-of-a-kind ... brilliant, original," the Academy Award-winning actor said in a statement to People. "Funny and emotionally fearless. She lived her life, bravely."

"My thoughts are with her daughter Billie, her mother Debbie, her brother Todd, and her many friends," he continued. "We will all miss her."

Fisher was just 60 at her passing. In her latest book, The Princess Diarist, she divulged that she and Ford had a hot and heavy affair back in the '70s on the set of Star Wars. Back in November, the late author and actress revealed the hidden tryst that actually existed between the actors who portrayed the iconic Han Solo and Princess Leia.

"It's been 40 years!," Fisher exclaimed to People in November. "I didn't say anything to anybody for years but it's not like anyone's deeply affected by it anymore. It was so intense. It was Han and Leia during the week, and Carrie and Harrison during the weekend."

And funnily enough, co-star Mark Hamill didn't suspect a thing. He was "blissfully unaware" of the fling, which he confirmed in a recent Entertainment Tonight segment. "I was so self-involved at that point, they could've been doing it in front of me and I wouldn't have noticed. I was single and had my own agenda."

Hamill shared some beautiful words about Fisher in his latest Twitter post.

Our condolences go out to Carrie Fisher's family, friends, and all those who loved her. She will be deeply missed.
