Rich in antioxidants, fiber, and vitamins, it not only enhances mood and aids in concentration—it boosts metabolism and burns calories (no wonder it's a #fitspo regular). Hannah's Matcha Latte Ingredients: 1 cup hot water 1 tsp organic matcha powder ($27; republicoftea.com) 1 tbsp of coconut oil, blended What #Fitspo Queen Hannah Bronfman Eats for Breakfast—and How to Make It at Home Directions: 1. Sift matcha tea powder through a tea strainer to get rid of lumps. Pour 1 cup of hot water into a mixing bowl with the powder. Whip together until it becomes frothy. (Bronfman prefers to use Sharp's Tea-Ceré to brew her cup.) 2. Mix in 1 tbsp of coconut oil to the final product for some extra flavor.
