Clearly, living the Goop lifestyle is benefiting Gwyneth Paltrow.

The actress and lifestyle entrepreneur showed up at the Environmental Media Association Awards last night in a seafoam dress with barely-there bodice. In fact, the top of the dress was practically a bra with cut-outs both above and below, giving everyone a peek at her rock-solid abs. (Get thee to Tracy Anderson, Paltrow's preferred workout, stat)

With her blond strands, side-parted and slicked elegantly back, the 43-year-old was practically glowing and that may be because she had the best date there is: her mom Blythe Danner, who later presented Paltrow with the 2015 Green Parent Award. Danner opted for a bold color, a vibrant fuchsia dress in an easy cut.

On stage, Paltrow thanked her mom, to whom she attributed her early awareness for environmental concerns. "Most of the children that I grew up with in Santa Monica, grew up in a happy stupor eating Oreos, and wearing cozy, flame-retardant pajamas, and swimming happily in Santa Monica Bay," Paltrow said. "Not me. I grew up with this fierce trailblazer, who has always been very awake to what is happening to the planet. There was no escaping her passion. She was the first person who I ever heard of to bring her own bags to the supermarket."

"She was the first person I ever heard say the word, 'organic,'" Paltrow continued. "We had a flat of wheatgrass in our kitchen, which she pressed, to our horror, into the first wheatgrass shot anyone I knew had ever seen."

Paltrow, meanwhile, has been expanding her lifestyle empire beyond healthy living. She recently teamed with Juice Beauty on an entire makeup line. Beauty literally inside and out?
