See Gwen Stefani Play Dress-Up in a Striking Kimono
There are few, if any, looks that Gwen Stefani cannot pull off and the songstress proved her fashion versatility yet again this weekend. On Sunday, she shared behind-the-scenes snaps of herself in a beautiful green kimono while in Japan.
In Tokyo—and far away from boyfriend Blake Shelton to promote her upcoming album, This Is What the Truth Feels Like—the Voice coach documented much of her fitting via social media throughout the day, offering sneak peek images and videos of her meticulous beauty and fashion prep.
Sporting her signature red lip and thick black eyeliner, Stefani stunned in the pale green robe, printed with gorgeous blossoms at the hem and sleeves and perfectly accented with a red-and-white-checked sash.
No detail was left unturned when it came to hair and makeup, with the No Doubt frontwoman donning an elaborate high ponytail, and capturing her glam squad strategically placing cherry blossoms and other gorgeous ornaments throughout her mane.
The singer teased fans, captioning the glamorous images with only the hashtags #priceless and #misery, leaving us to wonder if this sophisticated look was for a MasterCard commercial, her video for "Misery" or perhaps some combination of both.
Either way, with a look this flawless, we’d say it’s worth the wait.
