Singer, television host, fashion designer, mother ... Gwen Stefani is many things, but now the Voice judge can add "troll" to her illustrious resume. An animated one, that is.
Stefani broke the news that she was joining the production of the upcoming Dreamworks movie Trolls on Twitter Wednesday and shared a photo of herself and her pint-size character, DJ Suki, with the message, "Hair we go! Meet DJ Suki! #DreamWorksTrolls #RockinTroll"
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Justin Timberlake will serve as executive music producer and record music for the animated film, in addition to providing the voice of "survivalist" troll Branch, who embarks on a crazy adventure alongside Anna Kendrick's Princess Poppy.
The musical dream team of Kendrick, Stefani and Timberlake are also joined by James Corden, Russell Brand, music duo Icona Pop, Big Bang Theory star Kunal Nayyar and more, all of whom shared their own Troll character photos and witty hair puns on Twitter Wednesday. See their announcements here:
Trolls hits theaters Nov. 4.
