Gwen Stefani was invited to perform at the White House State Dinner on Tuesday night, and she brought her boyfriend of almost one year, Blake Shelton, along with her as her date. The duo looked so in love as they mingled with V.I.P. guests at the Italy state dinner and feasted on a fall harvest-focused menu prepared by chef Mario Batali. Stefani stunned in a plunging black floral dress with sheer sleeves, pulling her platinum blonde hair up into a ponytail and finishing the look with her classic red lip. The country crooner cleaned up nicely in an all-black tux. The singer belted out her hits like “Sweet Escape” before inviting Shelton on stage to perform their duet, “Go Ahead and Break My Heart.” Swoon. These two aren’t the only couple who slayed last night: President Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama dazzled at their last State Dinner in office. FLOTUS radiated in a rose gold Versace chainmail gown, and her hubby clearly couldn’t take his eyes off of her.
