Between her own hits, the "Make Me Like You" singer brought out her boyfriend, country crooner Blake Shelton, for a surprise performance of their duet, "Go Ahead and Break My Heart." Earlier in the day Stefani, 46, dropped a few hints that Shelton might make an onstage appearance by sharing a photo of them rehearsing on Snapchat and 'gramming a few pics of them hanging out backstage with her crew (below). Stefani and Shelton co-wrote "Go Ahead and Break My Heart" after embarking on their whirlwind romance earlier this year. In May, Shelton shared how the song came to be on the Today show. "We were just writing it about ... it was hard to kind of let our guards down again, you know what I mean? Just going through some issues, and so that's what the song was even written about," he said.
