If you ever wanted to shop jewelry designers like Kara Ross, Kenneth Jay Lane, and Lana Bramlette at wallet-friendly prices, jcpenney is now giving you that chance. The retailer just announced that in late April, it will roll out the Bijoux Bar,  a new shop-in-shop stocking baubles by 16 international designers at prices ranging from $30 to $395. Pieces like the triangular earrings at left ($50), part of Lana Bromlette's Downtown by Lana collection, and the 10021 Kara Ross bangle ($175) will be available on and in 650 stores nationwide starting later this month.
