She also took the opportunity to try out Hollywood's favorite monochromatic makeup trend, matching her crimson red lipstick to her sequin gown. 02 of 12 Andie MacDowell JEAN-BAPTISTE LACROIX/Getty Images One winning beauty combo? Andie MacDowell's gorgeous curls and light-catching pink lip gloss. 03 of 12 Taylor Swift Gregg DeGuire/Getty Images She's got that red lip, classic thing alright! As every T-Swift fan knows, the singer is a huge fan of red lipstick, so it's no surprise she broke out the look for the Golden Globes. She paired the staple with rose gold glittery eyeshadow, matte foundation, and curled lashes. An undone updo drew attention to her side-swept bangs. 04 of 12 Laverne Cox JEAN-BAPTISTE LACROIX/Getty Images Laverne Cox's cobalt glittery eyeshadow is not to be missed. The color, which paired perfectly with her silver gown, was swept all over her top lid, and was applied to her bottom lash line as well. 05 of 12 Sarah Hyland Gregg DeGuire/Getty Images "For Sarah Hyland's Golden Globes look, we wanted to be fresh, bronzed, and natural," celebrity makeup artist Denika Bedrossian said. "With Sarah's fresh vacation tan, I wanted to just keep the sun-kissed perfection to pair with the tussled hair." Her makeup look also featured long, full, and incredibly luscious lashes, which were created with individual false lashes and lots of layers of W7 Absolute Lashes Mascara. 06 of 12 Abigail Spencer Gregg DeGuire/Getty Images Abigail Spencer brought serious Old Hollywood glamour to the 2019 Golden Globes festivities. The actress pulled her hair into a voluminous bouffant-like updo and split her face-framing layers down the center. A thick line of black eyeliner across her upper lash line and lots of mascara completed the retro vibe. 07 of 12 Hilary Duff Gregg DeGuire/Getty Images Hilary Duff kept things simple by tucking the front pieces of her newly platinum lob behind her ears. A soft bronze smoky eye completed her beauty look. 08 of 12 Debra Messing Gregg DeGuire/Getty Images Debra Messing coordinated her pewter smoky eye with her silver sequined dress, which was created by makeup artist Matthew VanLeeuwen using Beautycounter's Velvet Shadow Palette in Statement. HBeautycounter'ser slicked-back, center-parted hair kept the focus up and on her killer eye makeup. Celebrity hairstylist Robert Vetica prepped her hair with a mix of Leonor Greyl's Eclat Natural and Gel a l'Hibiscus to give it extra shine. 09 of 12 Jenna Dewan Matt Winkelmeyer/Getty Images Jenna Dewan went with a lilac smoky eye and loose updo for her Golden Globes after-party look. 10 of 12 Jaime King Gregg DeGuire/Getty Images If this year's Golden Globes is any indication, green eye makeup is having a moment. Along with Camilla Belle, Jaime King also wore the color on her eyes. She paired her neon green eyeliner with contrasting fuchsia lipstick. The actress pulled her hair up into an undone wavy updo — another of the night's big trends. 11 of 12 Lea Michele JEAN-BAPTISTE LACROIX/Getty Images The actress' coral lip gloss matched her orange dress perfectly.
