How Reese Witherspoon, Drew Barrymore, and More Stars Celebrate Giving Tuesday

After days of holiday shopping via Black Friday and Cyber Monday, stars like InStyle's December cover girl Reese Witherspoon are giving back to their favorite charities and encouraging others to do the same for Giving Tuesday.

In honor of the charitable day, the Oscar winner shared a collage of herself supporting Girls Inc., captioning the snap, "On this #GivingTuesday, I would love you to consider @GirlsInc. They provide after school programs for girls across America that focus on self esteem, science and technology, and financial education. It's so important to provide positive messaging to young women as they grow up. Girls will heal the world! #GirlsInc."

Drew Barrymore also participated in the day, posting a photo of herself cuddling a girl named Saylor in a hospital bed in support of Children's Hospital Los Angeles. "@ChildrensLA holds a special place in my heart because of kids like Saylor. She was born with a life-threatening heart defect, but thankfully, CHLA has been by her side. This #GivingTuesday, I encourage you to read Saylor's story and see exactly why your support is needed. LINK IN BIO #LiveLAGiveLA," the actress wrote alongside the Instagram photo.

Meanwhile, Mindy Kaling lent her support to The Hole In the Wall Gang, writing on the 'gram, "I bet you have heard about #GivingTuesday. One place I love to support is The Hole In The Wall gang. You can help more than 25,000 seriously ill children and family members experience "a different kind of healing."http://www.holeinthewallgang.org/2016GivingTuesday #holewallcamp."

Rachel Bilson teamed up with eBay to help people give back and finish up their Christmas list at eBay's "Giving Tuesday Charity Shop, and shared a video of herself kissing a wooden Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer to promote it.

"Today is #GivingTuesday and I'm working with @ebay to help raise money for some really great causes," she wrote on Instagram.
