Are you tired of the same mundane gym routine? (Yes). Then switch it up — Gigi Hadid urges you to. “When I moved to New York it was super weird to me to just go to the gym, run and watch Food Network on TV," she tells InStyle. "It didn’t make me want to go.”
The It girl of the moment, who showed off her toned physique over the weekend at Coachella, grew up playing volleyball and horseback riding. “Boxing was the only thing I found that I really wanted to get good at and it motivates me,” she shares. “So it’s my new sport and that’s how I stay fit.” Hadid isn't alone---she's always got her model pals. The rigorous full-body workout has also caught the attention of Cara Delevingne and Kendall Jenner.
But if stepping into a ring is not your forte, choose an activity you’ll love. The key is to sweat. Spring is (finally) here, enjoy a jog through the pier or ride your bike through the city. “Sweating it out is the best way," Hadid says.
