Real or fake, Gigi Hadid's fresh set of face-framing, shaggy fringe that she debuted at the 25th annual MTV Movie Awards on Saturday night in Burbank, Calif., is no better way to enter the bang club.

While the verdict is still out whether or not the 20-year old top model took a cue from her BFF Kendall Jenner, who wore a convincing, similar set of clip-in bangs at the 2015 AMA Awards in November, the straight style is definitely one we want to emulate at home.

To complement Gigi's '90s-inspired Versace pinstripe pantsuit, celebrity hairstylist Bryce Scarlett gave the model's long mane a sleek finish. “The Uberliss Titanium Flat Iron gave me a stick straight finish while the Uberliss RituOil helped add shine and separation to Gigi’s hair for a bedhead effect,” said Bryce of his style method.

First, he prepped Gigi's hair with Uberliss Hydrating Shampoo ($24; and Conditioner ($26; to give her strands a dose of moisture. He followed up with a dime-sized amount of Uberliss RituOil ($20; to help keep the Maybelline spokeswoman's hair smooth as he blow-dried it straight. Next, he ran the Uberliss Titanium Flat Iron ($130; through Gigi's hair and fringe until it was bone straight. The finishing touch? Another coat of Uberliss Ritoil throughout her mane to add movement and a hint of texture.

As for makeup, Sarah Tanno for Maybelline New York gave Gigi an edgy but sophisticated, shimmery smoky eye and glowing skin that wore well with the model's new set of fringe. Sarah gave Gigi a semi-matte base by using Maybelline Dream Velvet Foundation ($11; all-over, Maybelline Fit Me! Concealer ($7; in a slightly lighter shade on Gigi's nose and under-eyes to brighten her complexion, and a light dusting of Maybelline Facestudio Master Fix Setting + Perfecting Powder in Translucent ($10;, to keep it all in place. Next, Sarah enhanced the model's killer cheekbones by brushing the bronzer shade Maybelline Facestudio Master Contour in Medium to Deep ($13; on the hollows of her cheeks and temples, and the blush shade on the apples of her cheeks, and the highlighter along the high point of Gigi's cheekbones.

To create Gigi's gilded smoky eye, Sarah swiped Maybelline Eyestudio Color Tattoo Concentrated Crayon in Charcoal Chrome ($7; all over her eyelids as a base, and Maybelline Eyestudio Lasting Drama Waterproof Gel Pencil in Soft Nude ($8; was used along the waterline to make Gigi's eyes look even brighter. Next, Sarah blended the matte black shade in Maybelline The Rock Nudes Palette ($12; into the creases to create dimension and a neon yellow pigment was brushed on Gigi's upper lids and corners for a fun twist.

Gigi's extra-long lashes can be credited to two coats of Maybelline Lash Sensational Luscious Washable Mascara in Blackest Black ($9; Sarah helped Gigi put her best brows forward by tracing the model's arches with Maybelline Eyestudio Brow Pomade Crayon in Blonde ($10; and then locked the hairs in place using Maybelline Eyestudio Brow Drama Mascara in Blonde ($8;

The final step that brought the whole look together? A nude lip. “Gigi loves a nude lip and I wanted it to last all night,” Sarah says. She first lined and filled Gigi's pout with Maybelline Color Sensational Lip Liner in Nude ($7;, then added layers of Maybelline Color Sensational Vivid Matte Liquid in Nude Thrill ($8; and Maybelline Color Sensational The Buffs Lipstick in Bare All ($8;
