Many actresses have taken their turn playing the iconic Jackie Kennedy. Jeanne Tripplehorn, Jaclyn Smith, Ginnifer Goodwin and Katie Holmes to name a few, but we are still quite excited to see Oscar winner Natalie Portman have her chance at it. Now we have the first official photo of Portman playing the legendary First Lady in Pablo Larrain's film Jackie and well, it looks like Portman certainly has the look down.

It looks as if fashion will be an important part of the film as Portman is seen here wearing a Dior-inspired red dress with a bateau neckline and Kennedy's signature three-stranded pearl necklace.

The biopic, which is due out in 2017, follows Kennedy in the immediate aftermath of her husband's assassination in 1963. It co-stars Peter Sarsgaard, Greta Gerwig, and John Hurt. It will also be produced by Darren Aronofsky, who directed Portman in Black Swan.
