Fashion Gives Back: Online Auction for Typhoon Relief Efforts Launches Today

Holiday shoppers, take note: you can snag some amazing items for those on your gift list (or for yourself) and help the fashion community give to an urgent cause. Today is the launch of Fashion for the Philippines, an online auction on Charitybuzz organized by Fashion Girls for Humanity and the Council of Fashion Designers of America. Up for grabs on the auction lots: handbags and accessories by Giorgio Armani and Michael Kors, tickets to Fashion Week, one-on-one meetings with designers (including Diane von Furstenberg), a Dior shopping spree, and a 2-hour modeling masterclass with Coco Rocha. And so much more!

Auction proceeds will go to on-the-ground relief efforts in the Philippines, where devastation from November's Typhoon Haiyan includes a 6,000+ death toll and damages to critical infrastructure. Global organization Waves For Water will use funds to supply clean water to affected areas.
