ICYMI on Instagram, Emmy Rossum has had a very active November—or should we say Movember. On Monday, the Shameless star finished up a grueling month-long fitness regimen to benefit The Movember Foundation, a global charity committed to men's health, and raise awareness about prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and physical activity. And she fittingly celebrated by digging into some chocolate—but not just any chocolate. "I love dark chocolate oysters with hazelnut praliné," Rossum tells InStyle. "It's the perfect afternoon pick-me-up."

From Dec. 1 (aka Giving Tuesday) through Dec. 15, the actress is taking her philanthropic efforts—and love of the sweet—a step further by teaming up with Godiva to launch the "Hot Chocolate for a Cause" program, where the chocolatier will donate $1 for every hot chocolate sold in their stores directly to the Toys for Tots Foundation, an organization that distributes toys to children whose parents can't afford to pay for gifts. "The holidays are really a time to treat ourselves, but at the same time, we have to remember that we're so lucky to have our freedom and paychecks," Rossum says. "It's important to help those who don't."
