The actress took to her Instagram account today to share an inspiring photo from her recent trip to Malawi, Africa, where she was working to promote the United Nations initiative HeForShe that promotes gender equality around the world, and her outfit in the snap is a real-life advertisement for stylish and eco-friendly fashion. For the occasion, the 26-year-old star opted for a white button-up Tome NYC shirt made from organic cotton that she paired with a black silk Zady midi skirt ($180, zady.com) which is created using a more sustainable process. The U.N. Women Goodwill Ambassador finished off her ensemble with a chic pair of ankle strap Nisolo sandals that are ethically produced. "I had the most amazing day in Malawi today," the actress wrote alongside the image. "Thank you President Mutharika for being a #HeForShe Impact Champion and for making gender equality a priority in your Government! Thank you to all the traditional leaders who are implementing President Mutharika's policies - especially Chief Kachindamoto (she’s in the photo with me, she’s formidable and has been nicknamed 'The Terminator'!). She gave me such a warm welcome today. She has implemented the annulment of so many child marriages and restored the futures of these girls. With the help and collaboration of her local chiefs, mothers’ groups and religious leaders she has managed to annul almost 1500 child marriages, sending the girls back to school. President Mutharika has committed to make child marriage a thing of the past in Malawi within the next five years. It was amazing to be on the ground with @UNWomen and Chief Kachindamoto to witness their work!" 15 Charitable Celebs Who Double as United Nations Ambassadors VIDEO: Emma Watson's Best Red Carpet Looks We're even more obsessed with Watson than we were before.
