Once again, Elizabeth Hurley is taking a stance as the global brand ambassador for Estée Lauder Companies' Breast Cancer Awareness (BCA) Campaign. This year's slogan is "Every Action Counts. What’s Yours?” and Hurley took to Instagram to share how she's encouraging as many people as possible to stay fit and healthy.

The actress and model uploaded a workout selfie to Instagram and proclaimed in the photo's caption, "On #WorldCancerDay I'm thinking of all the family & friends that I've lost to cancer and those who are battling this disease today." Hurley sported her pink breast cancer awareness ribbon in the photo during a workout at the Grace Belgravia health club and she went on to say, "Keeping ourselves fit & healthy is important in the fight against cancer. I vow this year to take as much exercise as I can, eat healthily and encourage everyone else to do the same."

Hurley lost her grandmother to breast cancer, and has been supporting the fight against the disease for years now. In InStyle's October 2015 issue the star explained, "Twenty-one years ago, no one spoke of breast cancer. Women only whispered about it behind closed doors."

The 50-year-old Royals star has been diligent in her work and continues to raise awareness. She explained in her interview, "So while there's been an increase in the number of women diagnosed, it may be due in part to more getting mammograms, which is a good thing. Even better, the mortality rate has decreased 34 percent since 1990. But there's still a long way to go, so our work continues."

It's clear to see that the awareness is definitely spreading all around the world. Find out how you can get involved at
