Life seems to be imitating art on the set of the Baywatch movie. Well, that, or the cast of the upcoming comedy just really like each other. Over the weekend, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson posted a picture of him and his co-star Zac Efron having a tire-shrugging contest on the set. But this wasn't even a part of the film. They were just doing it for fun! Though when you are in as good shape as these guys, lifting giant tires probably is entertaining.

Next to the pic Johnson wrote a sweet and heartfelt message about his "bad ass" and "slightly dysfunctional" Baywatch family. He wrote, "Production for the day has ended, all the extras are going home and the sun's going down. Me and @zacefron refuse to quit in a tire shrugging contest that lasted for hours. Why? Because we're #BAYWATCH, we're bad ass and we're a slightly dysfunctional family. ✔️On a side discipline note juuuuuust wait til you see the insane shape my boy Efron got in for our movie. Proud of the hard work he put in. That's the way you make a character "Iconic". I still kicked his candy ass though in this contest." He then included the hashtags, "#OnSet," "#TwoMeatheadsActingLike12YearOlds," and "#EpicFunThough."

Priyanka Chopra, who is playing the movie’s villain, also has high praise for the cast whom she met at the first table read back in February. “It was just such a funny read with the entire cast there. The casting is amazing,” she told InStyle. “Everyone is just so on it with the parts, and of course playing the baddy was the most fun.”

The film is set for a May 2017 release. We can't until it comes out, but we also can't wait to see what else happens on set!
