Don't Want to See Fifty Shades of Grey? 'Love, Rosie' Is a Totally Adorable Alternative
Fifty Shades of Grey's release on February 14th looks promising to dominate the theaters, but if you're looking to watch something in public that's a little less raunchy, then you won't want to miss Love, Rosie. The book adaptation of Cecelia Ahern’s novel has all the same elements: Hot guy (Hunger Games alum Sam Claflin), pretty girl (Lily Collins), will-they-won't-they drama—minus the kinky safe word stuff. In fact, it's a-dor-able.
The trailer just came out Monday and we're falling for the story about two young Brit besties, Rosie (Collins) and Alex (Claflin) who grow apart only to find each other again. Another cool element: Runway fave Suki Waterhouse (a.k.a. Bradley Cooper's girlfriend) stars as Alex's model girlfriend Bethany, so we get to see her acting chops play out in a big way before her appearance in April's Insurgent release alongside Shailene Woodley.
OK, but enough! It's about love! Watch the trailer below and fall for it when it hits theaters and on-demand starting February 6th.
