Although Halloween is still more than a month away, Disney has already gotten a jump start on its decorations for the spooky holiday, completely transforming Disney World in Orlando, Fla., into a Halloween-themed hub. In a time-lapse video Disney shared on Facebook that was set to "This Is Halloween" from The Nightmare Before Christmas, employees and construction workers can be seen moving quickly around the park, wrapping garlands around columns and strategically placing glowing Mickey Mouse pumpkins, and larger pumpkins topped with smiley expressions around the park. Get a jumpstart on costume ideas, and take a peek at these ideas for costume inspiration. While the decorations are meant to echo the vibe of Halloween, there's nothing super scary about them. They're all kid and family-friendly, which makes sense since the video serves as an invite to Mickey's "Not So Scary Halloween Party," taking place this Halloween season at Magic Kingdom Park.
