We've seen Richie sport blunt bangs, the long bob, and a wide variety of updos, but her pastel violet hair is the most dramatic change she's made yet, and the coordinating color of her NO Rules fragrance has us wondering: Did her new scent bring on the change? Possibly! The exotic blend of Mediterranean orange flower, purple jasmine, Turkish almond blossom, and vanilla bean is housed in a frosted lavender bottle, and was inspired by Richie's carefree attitude to fashion — a philosophy mirrored with her outlook on hair, we're sure. "I try not to go by any rules, especially when I'm talking about mixing prints," she says. "I'm so inspired by the '60s and '70s, and their rule was that there were no rules." Whatever sparked the idea, we definitely applaud the star's bold move, and we're glad to see her purple reign continue in both the hair and fragrance realms.
