Demi Lovato has some serious pipes! The singer nearly gave fans a heart attack at KISSFM's Fall Ball in Seattle on Saturday when she surprised them with a special performance of Adele's record-shattering single, "Hello."

It's worth mentioning that "Hello" isn't just any old single. In its first week, it sold more than 1.1 million digital songs and became the first song ever to break the 1 million download mark on the Billboard charts, according to Reuters.

Hardly one to be intimidated, the "Confident" singer belted out the haunting song with a level of emotion that brings tears to our eyes. Dressed in a studded leather skirt with a matching crop top, Lovato, 23, tackled the beast of a ballad with ease.
