The former Harry Potter co-stars recently texted about Grint's new addition.

Daniel Radcliffe admitted that it's "super weird" for him and his former Harry Potter co-stars to be at the stage in their lives where they're having children.

Radcliffe was a virtual guest on Watch What Happens Live on Monday night, where a fan called in to ask if he had spoken to Rupert Grint since the news that Grint welcomed his first child with actress Georgia Groome.

"Yes, I texted him the other day. I'm so happy for him. It's very, very cool," he told host Andy Cohen, adding, "It's also, like, super weird for me to think that we are all at the age where we are having children but we definitely are."

"We're all just a terrible yardstick for how old you are," he joked. "I remember when I turned 30, a lot of people in my life were really depressed to find out that had happened."

Earlier this month, a rep for Grint confirmed that he and Groome welcomed a daughter together.

"I’m incredibly happy for him," Radcliffe previously told the Inquirer. "He and Georgia have been together for a while. It’s really exciting. It is crazy to think because it’s in my head. It still feels like we’ve basically just met and we are about 16 years old."
