Host Tom Bergeron called last night's Dancing With the Stars season 14 premiere one of the most charismatic and entertaining he's ever seen. The judges seemed to agree, doling out the highest scores ever for a premiere. Urkel alum Jaleel White and British opera star Katherine Jenkins topped the leaderboard with scores of 26, and our favorite was second-place finisher, 31-year-old Cuban-American actor William Levy, who was named People en Español's Sexiest Man of 2011. The crowd roared for his muscles as well as his gyrating cha-cha, though we agreed with judge Bruno Tonioli about Levy's costume choice—the semi-open tank was nice and all, but next time he should ditch the shirt altogether.
