Dakota Johnson, Chris Martin, and Gwyneth Paltrow broke bread together, a source says, and the entire thing went on without a hitch. "They're a total modern family and had a great time celebrating together," an insider told People. Paltrow and Martin's kids, Apple, 14, and Moses, 12, were also in attendance, making it a picture-perfect example of conscious uncoupling. Johnson and Martin have been quiet about their relationship, but People reports that they've been seeing each other for just over a year. The two were first seen together in October 2017, when they went out for sushi together in Los Angeles. Dakota Johnson's Rep Denies Reports She's Pregnant with Chris Martin's Child Axelle/Bauer-Griffin/Getty Images Johnson's keeping details to a minimum, but she did tell Tatler that she's very happy in her relationship. The couple's friends are seeing it, too. According to another source, the two are happy to keep their coupling out of the headlines. "Chris lives in Malibu and Dakota seems to love hanging out there. They occasionally go for dinner with friends, but mostly have friends over at home," the source said. "They go to the beach together, and walks around the neighborhood. They seem to enjoy sharing a quiet life. It does seem they are getting more serious." With Johnson already rubbing shoulders with the ex — and having that ex being Gwyneth Paltrow, no big deal there — it seems things really are getting serious. And having a drama-free holiday on top of it all? Looks like Martin and Johnson are in it for the long haul.
