It’s been less than a month since Paris Fashion Week drew to a close and we’ve already seen a surprising number of organizational shifts at top designer brands.

The latest is over at Milan-based fashion house Marni, where Consuelo Castiglioni, who founded the company with her husband, Gianni, has chosen to leave, WWD reports. “These were hectic and exciting years, which absorbed all of my energies to create a project I am proud of,” she reportedly said. “Thanks also to the constant support of my family, who allowed me to stay true to my idea, I built a brand with a precise and recognizable identity. The time has now come to dedicate myself to my private life. I thank all the people who believed in this project and who, with loyal dedication, have helped me along this fantastic journey.”

So who’s next to lead the Marni journey? Francesco Risso will fill her shoes and will make his debut at the helm with the fall 2017 collection. He previously cut his teeth at Anna Molinari and later joined Prada Group in 2008.
