Think bright red soles equate with inches-high pumps and a teeter-tottering search for balance? Think again. Beloved accessories designer Christian Louboutin is expanding his portfolio of star-approved shoes with the Solasofia flat. The pointy ballerina will be a part of Louboutin's signature Nudes collection, which is also adding two new hues (porcelain Nude #1 and deep chocolate Nude #7) to its range of now seven shades. The easy to slip on basics are designed to look like a second skin thanks to its wide range of shades.

You don’t have to be a pointed-toe ballerina to sport these minimal new classics, though. Each pair is pieced together from malleable matte nappa leather and, in our opinion, can be worn with everything from a casual jean-and-tee getup to a fanciful cocktail dress for a celebratory evening occasion. Yes, they’re worth a pretty penny (each pair retails for $595), but the investment is worth it, considering you’ll probably never want to take these Cinderella-like slippers off.

A classically Parisian silhouette, the delicate, pointed-toe Solasofia ballerina flat joins Pigalle Follies 100 and Senora 100 in seven versatile shades of nude. Shop nudes in our bio.
