InStyle's editorial guidelines Updated on June 14, 2018 @ 04:30PM Pin Share Tweet Email They're never too young to ... troll? This according to Troll Queen (er, queen of trolling?) Chrissy Teigen, who played President Trump for what feels like the umpteenth time. This go around, however, her tots Luna, 2, and Miles, 2 months, got involved—and it was all in the name of charity. In an Instagram post shared Thursday, Teigen wrote that she and her slightly less mischievous (though still mischievous, to be sure) hubby John Legend were protesting the president's immigration policy, which separates some immigrant children from their parents, by donating money to the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU). "John and I are outraged to see and hear the horror stories of immigrant families seeking asylum and refuge in America being ripped apart due to inhumane policies of the Trump administration," she wrote. "These actions are cruel, anti-family and go against everything we believe this country should represent." Teigen and Legend donated $72,000 in the names of all four members of their family for a grand total of $288,000. Now if $72k seems oddly specific, that's because it is. The number represents President Donald Trump's 72nd birthday on June 14. "The President celebrates his 72nd birthday today," she added in the post captioned, "happy birthday." "On this auspicious occasion, in order to Make Trump's Birthday Great Again, each member of our family has donated $72,000 to the ACLU. If you would like to donate $7.20, $72 or whatever you like to the ACLU in honor of this blessed day, please go to http://www.aclu.org/72." Looks Like Chrissy Teigen Will Be Allowed to Follow Donald Trump on Twitter Again The note was signed, "With love, Chrissy, John, Luna and Miles." It's become something of a tradition for Teigen to troll Trump on his birthday. Back in 2016, before Trump was elected president, she posted an image of him with the caption, "Happy birthday, you monumental asshole." Considering the outcome of the election, it makes sense that Teigen's approach to his 72nd birthday takes an activist slant. And this is definitely one we can get behind.
