Not only is Chrissy Teigen utterly gorgeous, but she also takes some incredible and hilarious Instagram photos. While her feed is loaded with delicious-looking food, furry friends, travel adventures, and stunning fashion (not to mention her handsome husband, John Legend), there's one type of picture you aren't likely too see the model post: selfies.

"I take pride in my Instagram feed not being full of pictures of me," Teigen tells InStyle. "I think Instagram is about being able to see things through the lens that you have, so its nice to be able to keep that lens outside and show off what you’re doing and where you are rather than turning the camera around on yourself, and I think that side of it is very cool."

"Selfies aren’t worth the stress for me—it seems like there’s so much work that goes into perfecting them now," she adds. Then what does the star prefer to snap to make into a great ’gram? "I have a ton of food photos, and I like to take photos of anything that’s wacky or odd," Teigen says. "As far as taking the perfect photo, I don’t try to bring it through too many filters. It's all about keeping things simple."

While we can't get enough of Teigen on Instagram, she also has her own list of people (and animals!) whose pics she loves to double tap. "When it comes to social media, I obviously love following supermodels like Candice Swanepoel (@angelcandices) and Lily Aldridge (@lilyaldridge), but I also find myself going down the rabbit hole of puppy Instagrams," Teigen says. "I follow a lot of puppies. I also follow a lot of dogs in wheelchairs. And Beyoncé's backup dancers. I'm an enigma—what can I say?"
