Rumors have been swirling for months that Chris Pine will appear in the Wonder Woman movie opposite Gal Gadot, and the actor has finally confirmed his role (and how excited he is!). Pine sat down with premiere.fr to discuss playing Gadot's love interest, Steve Trevor, in the film, and it's safe to say he's just as excited to appear in it as we are to see him in action. Pine told premiere.fr that he is "super excited," to appear in the film, adding that Gadot is "super talented" (good thing, since she's playing a super hero). But if that wasn't enough, the Into the Woods actor all but made us fall in love with him with what he had to say next. "What excites me most is to work in a movie with a superhero woman," he said. "With a woman in the lead role. I am teamed with this intelligent, beautiful and strong woman to defeat the villains and save humanity." Preach!
