InStyle's editorial guidelines Updated on March 23, 2020 @ 01:15PM Pin Share Tweet Email The coronavirus (COVID-19) is continuing to spread, causing many of us to hunker down in our homes, as far away from as many other people as possible. With all the events canceled or postponed, we're all trying to figure out how to fill our time while soothing any and all coronavirus anxieties — even if you're famous. Thankfully for those socially distancing with a partner, things are a little easier. After all, it can't hurt to have a built-in buddy, even if they might eventually drive you nuts. As the days go on, celebrities are encouraging fans to social distance and hunkering down themselves, some with significant others. Here's how celebrity couples have been handling the recommended self-isolation. Lady Gaga and Michael Polansky Lady Gaga and new boyfriend Michael Polansky have gone back to basics: video games and cards. Gaga shared a selfie with Polansky on Instagram, urging fans to "keep tour mind as stress free as possible and your body moving." Easier said than done. "It's ok and so wonderful to stay home if you can!" she said, echoing introverts everywhere. Justin and Hailey Baldwin Meanwhile, Justin Bieber and Hailey Bieber have decamped to Canada, where they're getting through this time of uncertainty by doing... exactly what they do every other day of the year: kissing. Just kidding. The Biebers are at least urging young fans to think of the grandparents they could be unknowingly infecting, with Justin telling his Instagram followers in a since-deleted post, "Obviously this is a really scary time. I wanted to remind everyone what we can do when we come together!! LETS COME TOGETHER BY ISOLATING OURSELVES UNTIL WE HAVE MORE ANSWERS! Our grandparents are counting on us." Chrissy Teigen and John Legend In an attempt to spread some cheer, Chrissy Teigen joined John Legend in his Instagram Live concert and obviously stole the show while chilling out in a towel. Emily Ratajkowski and Sebastian Bear-McClard Emily Ratajkowski and husband Sebastian Bear-McClard are doing things like the rest of us — that is, if the rest of us were also rich models and producers. Ratajkowski has shared that they're working from home, catching up on Love Is Blind, and eating frozen pizza. Same, I guess, except that I don't currently share my space with a cute dog. Ben Affleck and Ana de Armas After spending some time in Costa Rica together, new couple (or at least newly public couple) Ben Affleck and Ana de Armas flew back to Los Angeles, where they were seen getting iced coffee, a.k.a. the official Affleck M.O. for dating. They also seem to have picked up some books, which is honestly an ideal social distancing activity as movie theaters and many non-essential businesses shut down. He also left a comment on her Instagram slideshow of photos he took of her, asking for credit for being an (honestly pretty good) Instagram boyfriend. Is this like when you text your significant other from the other room because you're too lazy to shout? Dua Lipa and Anwar Hadid Dua Lipa and Anwar Hadid seem to have the right idea about isolation: self-care through face masks. On Instagram, the "No Rules" singer posted a photo of her and Hadid standing in the mirror sporting matching face masks with the caption "self care sundays ok." All of this is perfect, except my philosophy is self care every day. These Celebrities and Public Figures Have Tested Positive for Coronavirus Celebrities: They're just like us.
