When it came to celebrity couples, 2021 taught us to expect the unexpected.

When Harry Styles and Olivia Wilde were photographed holding hands in January, it seemed like they unlocked a portal for unlikely pairings galore, giving us Zoë Kravitz and Channing Tatum and a Bennifer reunion all in the same year.

As such, here are our favorite celebrity pairings of 2021.

Ah, the reunion heard around the world, from red carpet re-debuts to sidewalk makeout sessions. If any couple could single-handedly save 2021, it would be Bennifer (2.0, that is).

We didn't see this one coming, and yet it makes perfect sense. And a couples' debut moment at the Met Gala? Iconic.

Rihanna and A$AP Rocky

After months of rumors, A$AP Rocky confirmed their relationship in a candid interview with GQ, calling Rihanna "the love of my life." Us too, A$AP.

It's extremely 2021 to make your relationship official via coordinated Instagram posts, and Michael B. Jordan and Lori Harvey are showing no signs of slowing down their perfectly IG-ready romance.

Megan Fox is back — and she has a new pop-punk boyfriend in tow. As if their propensity for matching outfits didn't cement their power-couple status, their meme-able meet-cute story certainly did.

Arguably the first unpredictable couple of 2021, Styles and Wilde are still going strong, and we're living for those videos of her dancing her heart out at his concerts. How much longer until Don't Worry Darling?
