"I didn't go to the prom; I was at military school," he told People.

"My girlfriend at the time was an actress and my prom was actually on my 18th birthday, but there was also a trip to Aspen, Oregon to go see the plays. So, we opted to see the plays. We had our own little prom," Franco said, according to Bustle.

"I should be going to prom, but I'm not, I'm shooting my movie during prom days, so I won't be there. I would be like the single loner at the back of the prom. That's the worst! I am not going to do that. That is like the worst. You shouldn’t even go," she said at the CMT Awards in 2008, according to Access.

"Me and my best friend ended up skipping the whole thing and going to an all-you-can-eat buffet, and I had one of the best times I've ever had in my life," he told People.

"I always get asked to go to proms, since I've been here I've been asked about 10 times. What is it with me and proms? I didn't even get to go to my own one," he said.

"I didn't have that many friends. I had one or two friends but didn't go to the prom," Suvari said. "It was just very much about graduating and making it through."

"I never got to go to a real prom. Not once. It's kinda sad," he told Teen Vogue.
