If you weren't already excited for Sunday's Tony Awards, then you certainly will be after you watch this year's host James Corden helm a special Broadway-themed Carpool Karaoke on The Late Late Show. His first pickup? None other than Lin-Manuel Miranda, the star and creator of the Great White Way's hottest show, Hamilton.

After thanking his guest for accompanying him on the drive to New York City's Beacon Theater, where the 2016 Tonys will take place, Corden joined his passenger in a performance of "Alexander Hamilton."

But things only got better from there: Corden then spotted six-time Tony winner and Shuffle Along star Audra McDonald, Fully Committed's Jesse Tyler Ferguson, and She Loves Me's Jane Krakowski looking to hitch a ride. "Well, now we got a sing-along," Miranda said.

The group started off with with a session of Rent's "Season of Love" and then went into "Can't Take My Eyes Off You" from Jersey Boys. Corden asked Ferguson and Krakowski who both star on TV shows—Modern Family and Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, respectively—if they preferred "theater or money?" They both agreed that there was nothing quite like performing in front of a live audience. "It's why I keep coming back. I am happy I keep getting asked back," Ferguson said.

Finally, they wrapped up the ride with a rousing performance of "One Day More" from Les Misérables . Miranda kicked things off by singing Jean Valjean's emotional intro while Ferguson and McDonald took on the lovers' duet (sung by Marius and Cosette). Krakowski anchored the song with Eponine's part. As you can imagine, it sounded incredible—and McDonald topped it off with a powerful high note at the end. We can't wait for the Tonys!
