As if Missy Elliott’s portrait alone couldn't carry Marc Jacobs’s fall 2016 campaign, the designer once again took to Instagram to introduce a few other boldface names to the portfolio. So who joined Missy in the spotlight? Model Cara Delevingne shines in a metallic and oversize display of the creative talent’s autumn-ready frocks.

“Every once in a blue moon I am fortunate enough to meet a model with a personality so huge it almost overshadows even the strongest of looks, the most dramatic fashion,” Jacobs, who dedicates each campaign image with an accompanying message on Instagram, began to write about Delevingne. “When I met Care through Katie Grand a few years ago, she was the girl in the animal onesie with boundless energy, great humor and in perpetual motion. Watching Cara’s growth and evolution into a dynamic, outspoken, independent woman is a true joy, just as she is herself.”

He also tapped Annie Clark, a.k.a. St. Vincent, the DJ and musician who reportedly is dating Delevingne. “She operates with such genuine grace, poise, and sincerity,” Jacobs said of Clark.

In addition, Jacobs selected rockers like Kembra Pfahler, Marilyn Manson, and Courtney Love, who, the designer explains, he particularly fell in love with after seeing her portray Althea in The People vs. Larry Flynt.

Now that's an all-star cast.
