Cameron Diaz can add another accomplishment to her growing résumé: She just styled her first Pour La Victoire campaign as artistic director. While Diaz earned the title at the label last year and since then has been hard at work creating chic and edgy new designs for the brand, this is her first time stepping behind the lens to direct one of their ad campaigns. We got a look at what happened at the spring 2014 shoot, and there's no doubt that Diaz was very hands-on. The actress worked closely with the model on the set and gave input on what she wore, her shoe styles, what colors to use, and more.

Her experience at Pour La Victoire has been a study in fashion for Diaz, who is learning everything from industry lingo to what types of shoes can realistically be produced. She's quite serious about the job and what it means to fellow fashionistas. She told us in InStyle's May 2014 issue that she envisions herself giving young women of modest means a touch of attainable luxury. And in her artistic director role, she will help "with design and campaigns and content, and the point of view of the line." It's unlikely that Diaz will get in front of the lens for the brand anytime soon, but it sounds like her behind-the-scenes responsibilities are continuing to grow.
